Repeatable production
Batch consistency, orientation, mold filling, finish and quality testing matter alongside fiber properties.

Regular Supply
A regular-supply, specification-driven hooked-end pathway for projects requiring higher-strength fiber options, controlled batching and documented residual performance.
Verified UCGP commercial evidence
UCGP records include a glued steel fiber identified as 4D-type / 80/60 BG or equivalent. These values describe that quoted configuration, not every product available.

Why glued bundles are used
Water-soluble glue can hold fibers in bundles during dosing. In the mixer, the bundle separates so individual hooked fibers can distribute through the concrete. Actual addition sequence and mixing time follow the supplied product instructions and plant trial.
Specification-led applications
Tunnel segments, precast components, infrastructure and demanding slabs may specify post-crack values rather than only a fiber dosage.
Batch consistency, orientation, mold filling, finish and quality testing matter alongside fiber properties.
Product data, material standard, concrete test method and approval responsibilities must align.
Loads, subgrade, joints, slab geometry, concrete and residual performance are considered together.
