Pipeline Projects
OIL AND GAS PROJECTS
Iran: Engineered and coordinated equipment procurement for high-pressure natural gas pipelines, including valves, compressor systems, pigging stations, and monitoring instrumentation. Collaborated with licensed subcontractors to manage trenching, welding, hydro-testing, and commissioning phases.
PIPELINE SYSTEM INSTALLATION
Provided procurement support for pipe spools, flanges, gaskets, valves, and pressure regulation units. Experience includes both buried and aboveground lines with full compliance to ASME B31.3 and API 1104.
Between 2015 and 2020, UCGP executed several major gas transmission EPC contracts totaling over USD 950 million, including:


63 km of 36-inch gas pipeline – Tehran and East Azarbaijan, Iran
118 km of 12-inch gas pipeline in 2 segments – Razavi Khorasan province, Iran
218 km of 8-inch gas pipeline across 3 segments – Isfahan, Ilam, Iran and Pakistan
53 km of 14-inch oil pipeline – Tehran, Iran
These pipelines were executed across diverse terrain with complex logistics, rigorous safety, and compliance with ASME B31.3 and API 1104 standards. UCGP also provided compressor station integration, valve automation, and cross-border procurement across multiple continents.


City Gate Stations (CGS) and Town Border Stations (TBS) Integration
UCGP has successfully designed, procured, and supported the deployment of multiple High-Pressure City Gate Stations (CGS), each equipped with advanced control valves and pressure regulators capable of reducing incoming gas pressure from 1,000 psi to levels suitable for safe and efficient downstream distribution. These CGS units serve as the primary interface between national transmission networks and regional distribution systems, ensuring stable flow, metering accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
In addition, UCGP delivers fully engineered Low-Pressure Town Border Stations (TBS), strategically installed to transfer gas from higher-pressure regional transmission lines to low-pressure urban distribution networks. These TBS units incorporate filtration, odorization, and monitoring systems to guarantee safe gas quality and flow continuity for residential, commercial, and light industrial areas. All systems are built to international standards (ASME, API, ISO) and are available in modular skid-mounted configurations for rapid deployment and minimal operational downtime.
